A strong business development professional with an MBA focused in International Marketing and Communications from Maastricht School of Management, he Founded FairQuid to tackle Financial Exclusion and create a better model for fairer finance.

Paul is an experienced financial professional with 25+ years experience – 18 of which were with Citibank London, where latterly he led the firms relationship with the UK Government. Paul is now passionate about promoting ethical finance and challenging financial discrimination and exclusion through the use of leading edge technologies and smart thinking and is now keenly advocating for these important initiatives, through his role with FairQuid.

Peter has 15+ years of experience in the finance sector and has led teams working in data science and finance roles at leading international financial institutions such as, Investec, Fitch Ratings and GE Money. Peter has a keen insight into financial products across the whole spectrum of consumer credit and mortgages and as a co-founder of FairQuid has been instrumental in helping to shape and profile our initial product set.

Karm has 20+ years of experience in software development, project management, IT strategy and implementation. He has implemented successful solutions at SAP, Warner Bros., Nestle USA, Urban Decay, and UCLA. He is passionate about bringing good ideas to life and has advised many startups from inception to launch. He has a BBA from the University of Delhi and divides his time between New York, London and Delhi.

KK is an experienced and successful Sales Director and has worked in this capacity for his entire career. His 15 years’ experience is quite diverse and includes; B2B, B2C, FMCG, OTT, IPTV, FinTech, MVNO, SaaS and MaaS. He is a focused client advocate, managing all related client development aspects, whilst pro-actively leading change and transformation activities; championing the importance of the customer/client relationship. His current role is leading the VAS sales & marketing teams for Lyca mobile.

Gerry is CEO and Group Managing Director of the CCR3 Group who have offices in the UK, Houston USA and Dubai. He is a Physicist with over 25 years experience developing people and creating software solutions that are both modern and useful to clients. Gerry is a global expert on emotional intelligence and value judgements made at a sub conscious decision making level and CCR3 have a Nobel Prize Nominee associated with the algorithm that’s sits at the heart of their approach.

Paul is a commercially focused ‘people’ professional with 30 years experience – 17 years as an HR and OD Board member. He has significant experience leading and delivering successful business-wide transformation programmes for plc’s, government-owned commercial entities, privately owned businesses and the public sector. He has extensive experience of developing Boards and has introduced sector leading senior development programmes at the National Nuclear Laboratory and Salford Royal NHS Trust.
